This policy explains how Nisha and Company Exporters Importers (Proprietor: Sanjayan Sivanandan), the business that owns and operates Reelcheyyu at app.sitecraftindia.com, collects and uses information when you use the Service.

Photos you upload — used to generate your reel, and sent to the third-party AI providers below for processing.

Contact details — an email address if you sign up or provide one for order updates.

Payment information — handled directly by Razorpay, our payment processor; we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your card, UPI, or bank details.

Usage data — basic technical data (like which features you use and standard server logs) to keep the Service running and fix problems.

To generate reels, the Service sends your photo and/or prompt to one or more of the following, only as needed for the feature you use: Google Gemini (for the "Merge product + person photo" and "Change background" features), Runway (for AI video generation), and fal.ai (for AI music generation). Each provider processes that content under its own terms, only for the purpose of generating your output, and we don't control how long each provider retains data on its own systems beyond what its own policy states.

To generate the reel you asked for, process your payment, send you order-related communications, and keep the Service secure and working. We don't sell your photos or personal data to third parties, and we don't use your uploaded photos to train our own AI models.

Uploaded photos and generated reels are kept for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the Service to you (for example, so you can re-download a reel), and may be deleted after a period of inactivity. You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see Contact below.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@sitecraftindia.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the data you give us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.
