Reelcheyyu, at app.sitecraftindia.com ("the Service"), is owned and operated by Nisha and Company Exporters Importers, a proprietorship business (Proprietor: Sanjayan Sivanandan), registered address SR Buildings, Burma Road, Kumarapuram, Medical College P.O, Trivandrum 695011, Kerala, India, GSTIN 32AJXPS4853P2Z3. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Reelcheyyu turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video reel. Depending on the plan you choose, it may also let you merge a product photo with a person photo, swap the background behind a person in a photo, and generate background music — each using third-party AI providers (see the Privacy Policy for which ones) — before combining everything into a finished reel you can download.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping any login/session details you use to access the Service confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.

You keep ownership of the photos and any other content you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it (it's your own photo, or you have permission from the person in it) and you grant Nisha and Company Exporters Importers a limited license to process that photo through the AI providers the Service uses, solely to generate your reel. You're responsible for not uploading photos of anyone without their consent, and for not uploading content that's illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit involving a minor — any such content will be refused and may be reported as required by law.

Reel prices depend on how many scenes the reel contains, with a small additional fee if you use the merge or background-change photo options, and a separate small fee per AI music generation attempt. Current prices are shown in the app before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; the Service never stores your card, UPI, or bank details itself. A first reel may be offered free as a trial, subject to the limits shown in the app at the time.

Reels are produced by third-party AI models and are inherently variable — results can differ from what you might expect from a prompt or photo, and occasional artifacts (odd motion, background glitches, etc.) are possible. The Service is offered on an "as-is" basis for this reason; see the Refund Policy for what happens if something goes wrong on our end specifically (a failed or non-delivered generation) versus ordinary AI unpredictability.

Don't use the Service to generate content that's illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that impersonates a real person without their consent for deceptive purposes. Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or resell access to it without a separate written agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Nisha and Company Exporters Importers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
