Return Policy

Reelcheyyu sells digital output only — AI-generated video reels, and where used, AI-edited photos and AI-generated music tracks — delivered instantly within the app. Nothing is shipped, so there's nothing to physically return.

If you close the app or navigate away before clicking the final "Generate" step for a paid reel, no charge is made and there's nothing to cancel. Once a payment is made and generation has started, it can't be cancelled mid-way, since the underlying AI provider call is already in progress and paid for.

If a paid order fails to deliver a finished reel/photo/track because of a technical error on our side, that's handled as a refund rather than a "return" — see the Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request one.
